90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want your Trivanee product to become a simple, calming part of your daily routine. This 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to orders placed on or after September 13, 2026, and the 90-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.

30-day trial for preference-based returns. Comfort and relaxation products can take time to become part of a routine. For a return based on personal preference or the product not feeling like the right fit, please use the product consistently and as directed for at least 30 days after delivery before requesting a refund. You must contact us at support@trivanee.com within 90 days of delivery. This 30-day trial requirement does not apply to an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or presents a safety concern, and it does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

To keep the guarantee fair. Returned items should be in reasonable condition with original packaging and included accessories when possible. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or use outside the recommended instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Prompt notice helps us resolve the issue quickly and does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

How to start a return or refund. Email support@trivanee.com with your order number and a short note. We will respond within one business day with next steps, including the return address to use. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Refund processing. Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Fair-use note. To protect the guarantee for everyone, we may limit or decline returns showing excessive or abusive activity, or items returned used or incomplete outside these terms.
