Some days the workday ends. The neck tension keeps going.
When neck tension keeps coming back
Persistent neck tension has more than one face. For some people it’s the tightness during long screen-time afternoons; for others it’s the stiffness that meets them in the morning, or a sore spot at the back of the neck — often the hardest part to reach on your own.
Many people learn to live around it — a minute here, a minute there, whatever’s within reach. Enough to keep going, but rarely enough to feel like an actual wind-down for the day.
That is where a short at-home routine can start to earn its place in the evening — something you can settle into, lying flat, for a little while at the end of the day.

In Auto mode, warmth stays on while vibration and air support take turns — hands-free, with automatic shutoff.
THE PRESET AUTO CYCLE
Place NapeWell™ on a flat surface — bed, mat, or floor — keep it plugged into the included power adapter, and lie flat with your head and neck resting on the contoured support. In Auto mode, warmth stays on continuously while vibration and preset air support alternate in a built-in cycle. In Manual mode, you can run one function at a time.
Adults only. Use lying flat. See Safety & Care below before first use.
No menus, no intensity dials, no pressure levels to guess at.

You don’t work for it. It works while you do nothing at all.
Why it earns its place
The moment it starts, the warmth is already there — you feel it settle into the back of your neck before you’ve even decided to relax. Nothing to hold, nothing to press into a sore spot, no angle to get right with a tired arm. You lie flat and let it reach the place your own hand never quite could.
It runs for about thirty minutes — the length of one episode — then stops on its own. No timer to watch, no button to remember. The part of the evening you’d normally spend bracing for tomorrow quietly becomes the part you look forward to.
No appointment to book, no drive across town, no one’s schedule to work around but your own. It waits on the same shelf every night, ready in the time it takes to plug it in.
And if it turns out not to be for you, that’s already covered below — the kind of promise a brand makes when it expects you to keep it, not send it back.

Safety & Care
Who should check with a professional before using NapeWell™
NapeWell™ is for adults and is not a medical device. Ask a qualified professional before use if you are pregnant or have a neck or spinal condition, recent surgery, an implanted medical device, impaired sensation, or another concern that may affect safe use. Do not use it on broken, swollen, inflamed, infected or unusually sensitive skin. Use it only while lying flat and awake — never seated, driving or asleep. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, headache, numbness, unusual tingling, skin irritation, excessive heat or other discomfort. If the problem is new, sharp, worsening, linked to an injury, or comes with numbness, tingling or dizziness, speak with a qualified professional before using it.
During a session
Stop sooner if anything feels uncomfortable, too warm or unusual.
